Citadel Computer Corporation

Problem:

Citadel builds touchscreen-based PC-compatible ruggedized computers with wireless interfaces for use on forklifts in large warehouse inventory control systems. They were short-staffed and needed user/setup manuals for product hardware and software that were industry compliant.

Solution:

Given a working prototype, we designed, wrote, illustrated, and produced a completed user/setup manual.

To assist them with promoting their product, we wrote and produced an application article and submitted it to an industry trade journal.

Results:

Citadel was able to ship initial orders on time with professional manuals meeting industry requirements.
