US Army European HeadquartersProblem:The US Army Europe Headquarters had a variety of materials in various of formats - pdf, video, and Microsoft® PowerPoint® and Word®. They wanted a means to tie all of these assets together in a single, easily navigated resource. The "shell" had to be simple and intuitive to use and run on a PC. |
Solution:We built a PowerPoint presentation, with embedded video assets, and links that opened PDF, Word documents, and other PowerPoint presentations. Assets were characterized and arranged in groups. Each group had it's own sub-table of contents in addition to the main table of contents. The completed presentation and its data were output to a DVD-ROM with autorun. The project had to be completed within a very short timeframe, due to an upcoming event where it was to be distributed. |
Results:1,500 copies of the DVD-ROM were delivered on time and within budget. |
