Custy’s RestaurantProblem:The original owner of a regionally well-known “all-you-can-eat” seafood buffet restaurant wanted to re-open after almost thirty years of closure. The new location was within the geographic territory that drew patrons originally, but was over an hour away from the original market. |
Solution:A multi-tier brand identity, advertising and direct mail promotional campaign was designed and executed. A full complement of materials were created to support the advertising, opening, and daily operations of the restaurant. A characature of the owner was created and used as the basis for the “Custy's” character that appears on all materials. |
Results:The restaurant opened its doors to excellent reviews. Exit interviews conducted with diners confirmed viability of both ad and direct mail campaigns. |
Solution: LogoPhotos of the owner were used to create the characature and the logo/brand identity. |
