Edwards High VacuumProblem:Edwards manufactures vacuum pumps and related control systems. They had developed a vacuum metal deposition system they wanted to introduce to the forensics community, which was a new industry for them. The prototype system had already been used to recover 8 year old latent fingerprints from a plastic garbage bag and waxed milk carton (both previously impossible surfaces to recover fingerprints from) that led to a murder conviction in an 8 year old “cold case.” |
Solution:A coordinated brochure, T-shirt, and tradeshow materials were created for the product introduction, as well as press releases and show daily advertisements. |
Results:Significantly high booth traffic was generated with a number of serious sales leads for the system. |
